You may cancel your booking in writing only, also via e-mail. We assume that you have a travel- and cancellation insurance, or take any risk of cancellation for your own account. In addition, you must also have a liability insurance which is valid during the rental period.

When canceling your booking, you owe the following amounts:

– More than 91 days before arrival: 20% of the rental fee, we will pay 30% of your deposit back

– from 90 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total rental amount (your deposit)

– from 30 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total rental amount

– Less than 14 days before arrival, or noshow or no message: total rental amount
